We provide seniors/ disabled children with the services that allow them to choose an independent lifestyle in their own homes and to be treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Services are provided by HCA’s who have been trained to understand and uphold the Mission of Rise & Shine Health Care LLC
R&S also provides respite to family members who are caring for a senior or child with disabilities to allow them time to rest, reduce stress and pursue outside activities and work. Services provided by R&S include the following:
Respite Care
All our caregivers are competent and compassionate mature adults who have a wealth of wisdom, experience and knowledge when it comes to senior care. They have a much deeper understanding of your loved one’s interests and can really relate to them.
Personal Care
Everyday activities that we take for granted may be very challenging for seniors. Our aim is to assist them in maintaining their independence by helping them overcome these challenges. We provide sensitive and confidential personal services that respect your loved one’s dignity and well-being.
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
What’s important in caring for a person who is experiencing cognitive and memory loss is to create a loving, caring environment that assures their safety and enhances their sense of dignity and self-esteem.
Transportation & Errands Assistance
As certain challenges such as weakening vision, getting lost, confusion, memory loss, and delayed reaction become more frequent, being behind the wheel turns into a stressful task that may threaten their safety.
Meal Preparation Services
For aging seniors, eating a healthy and well-balanced diet is necessary to maintain good health. As we progress in age, our senses of taste and smell start to reduce making food seem less and less appetizing. Loneliness may also have a negative effect on the appetite.
Mobility Assistance Services
Our care providers make sure that the environment or the home is safe for your loved one to move around without fear of falling or slipping. We help with mobility whether it is inside or outside the home.
Light Housekeeping Services
Living in a clean and well-organized home allows you or your loved one to enjoy a sense of relaxation and calmness while maintain good health. Our caregivers make it possible for you to enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a healthy and sanitized home while leaving all the dirty work to us

We will remind the client to take their medication of which they self-administers.
Post-Hospitalization Care

If a client requires overnight help or does not wish to be alone at night, we can help …
